The granulation mineral pre-reduction furnace charges an iron ore fine, and performs a prereduction of the iron ore fine by a reductant gas. The ultrafine mineral pre-reduction furnace performs a prereduction by charging an ultrafine mineral ejected by dispersing in the granulation mineral pre-reduction furnace. The first magnetic force selector separates a gangue component from the ultrafine mineral.
