Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A device and a method of manufacturing a molten iron and a reduced iron are provided to improve a competitive power of a steel assortment process and to increase a use of a low-grade ore by applying the low-grade ore to a fluidized-bed reduction process without a separate mineral dressing process. CONSTITUTION: A device and a method of manufacturing a molten iron and a reduced iron comprise a granulation mineral pre-reduction furnace (10), an ultrafine mineral pre-reduction furnace (20), a first magnetic force selector (30), an intermediate reduction furnace (40), and a final reduction furnace (50). The granulation mineral pre-reduction furnace charges an iron ore fine, and performs a prereduction of the iron ore fine by a reductant gas. The ultrafine mineral pre-reduction furnace performs a prereduction by charging an ultrafine mineral ejected by dispersing in the granulation mineral pre-reduction furnace. The first magnetic force selector separates a gangue component from the ultrafine mineral.
