Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of highly crystalline zinc oxide quantum dots is provided to be manufactured by a low temperature process, and to have excellent dispersity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of highly crystalline zinc oxide quantum dots comprises a step of dissolving a zinc acetate dihydrate into a methanol(S200); a step of dissolving potassium hydroxide into a methanol(S210); a step of adding the result from the second step into the result from the first step up to pH of 9(S220); a step of reacting the result of the third step(S230); and a step of mixing the result from the fourth step and deionized water, to manufacture ZnO quantum dots(S240).
