Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A thermal spray aluminum coating method for preventing the corrosion of a marine structure is provided to prevent the overlapping of boundary regions between a thermal spray aluminum coating layer and a paint layer or a passive fire protection layer, thereby preventing the corrosion of thermal spray aluminum coating layer. CONSTITUTION: A TSA(Thermal Spray Aluminum) coating method for preventing the corrosion of a marine structure is such that boundary regions between a TSA coating layer and a paint layer or PFP(Passive Fire Protection) layer adjacent to the TSA coating layer are constructed not to be mutually overlapped. The method includes: a step(S11) of implementing blasting on a TSA coating layer region; a step(S12) of forming a masking on a paint layer or a PFP layer region; a step(S13) of implementing TSA coating on the TSA coating layer region; a step(S14) of coating the TSA coating layer with a silicon sealer; a step(S15) of removing the masking from the paint layer or the PFP layer region, and then forming the masking on the TSA coating layer; a step(S16) of implementing the blasting on the paint layer or PFP layer region; a step(S17) of coating the paint layer or the PFP layer region with paint or PFP; a step(S18) of removing the masking from the TSA coating layer; and a step(S19) of coating the boundary regions between the TSA coating layer and the paint layer or the PFP layer with the silicon sealer. [Reference numerals] (AA,BB,DD) Painting or PFP area; (CC,EE) TSA coating layer; (FF) Boundary between the TSA coating layer and the painting coating layer or PFP coating layer; (S10) First blasting; (S11) First masking; (S12) TSA coating; (S13) Sealer coating; (S14) First masking removal; (S15) Second masking; (S16) Second blasting; (S17) Painting or PFP construction; (S18) Second masking removal; (S19) Silicon sealer
