A METHOD, APPARATUS, COMPUTER PROGRAM AND USER INTERFACE

PURPOSE: A method, a device, a computer program, and a UI(User Interface) are provided to maintain a menu structure when use of functions related to UI items is impossible temporally, thereby providing an easy device for use. CONSTITUTION: A use possibility of a function related to a UI item, which is provided to the menu structure of a device, is determined(33). The UI item related to an unusable function is removed from the position of a display of the menu structure(35). The position of the display of the menu structure is assigned to a position occupied by the removed UI item. A display of the assigned position is provided by a replacement UI item(37). The menu structure provides the UI items and is related to the function of the device.
