A producing method of the complex metallic oxide catalyst comprises the following steps: preparing a precursor solution by dissolving zinc oxide and cerium oxide precursors in a first solvent; dissolving solid acid in a second solvent to obtain a solid acid solution; mixing the precursor solution and the solid acid solution to obtain a catalytic formation solution; heat-drying the catalytic formation solution to obtain solid materials; and plasticizing the solid materials.
