Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A mutant strain with high productivity of itaconic acid, a manufacturing method thereof, and a manufacturing method of itaconic acid using the same are provided to reduce catabolite repression phenomenon, thereby producing the itaconic acid at high yield from the beginning of cultivation. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of mutant strain with high productivity of itaconic acid comprises the following steps: inducing a strain to a mutant; selecting a strain in which catabolite repression phenomenon by selecting 2- dioxy - glucose resistant strain; inducing the strain into mutant; and sorting strains with improved membrane permeability by selecting nystatin resistant strain. The strain is Aspergillus terreus. The strain is Aspergillus terreus 2DRNR (KACC93094P). The manufacturing method of the itaconic acid comprises the following steps: cultivating a mutant strain; and obtaining the itaconic acid from the cultivating fluid.
