Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A stacked chip type power inductor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the oxidation of copper by changing sintering conditions of a ferrite magnetic layer. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of ferrite magnetic layers(110) is made of Mn-Zn or Mn-Mg-Zn ferrite. An inner electrode(120) is made of copper. The inner electrode is formed in the ferrite magnetic layer. The inner electrode is exposed to both sides or upper and lower sides of the ferrite magnetic layer. An outer electrode is electrically connected to the inner electrode. The ferrite magnetic layer includes 20~40mol% of MnO, 0~10mol% of MgO, 50~55mol% of Fe2O3 and 9~25% of ZnO. |
