Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A charging device integrated with a display of a portable terminal is provided to enable a user to use the portable terminal for a long time by including a dye sensitized solar cell integrated with the upper side of the display. CONSTITUTION: A dye sensitized solar cell film(10) is attached to the upper side of a display of a portable terminal. A solar cell is formed with an accessory type. A connector is connected to the solar cell for charging. A first substrate(12) vertically faces a second substrate(16). Dye(14) is filled between the first substrate and the second substrate.
