A second discharge port(24) of a first solenoid valve(20) is connected to a bottom air inlet(12a) of the telescope cylinder using a first air line(L1). A first discharge port(32) of a second solenoid valve(30) is connected to an intermediate air inlet(12b) of the telescope cylinder using a second air line(L2). A second discharge port(34) of the second solenoid valve is connected to a top air inlet(12c) of the telescope cylinder using a third air line(L3). Air inlets(26,36) of the first and second solenoid valves are connected to an air compressor(40). The operation of the first and second solenoid valves is controlled by a control switch(50).
