Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: An advertisement providing system using an encoded coupon and advertisement providing method are provided to enable a user to repeatedly watch advertisement and to use coupons by providing the encoded coupons to the user. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement providing server(3) includes an advertisement registration unit(32), an encoding unit(33), a coupon information generating unit(34), and a coupon information providing unit(35). The advertisement registration unit registers coupons and advertisement received from an advertiser terminal(2). The encoding unit encodes the registered coupon. The coupon information generating unit creates coupon information by adding the encoded coupon to the advertisement and a decoding condition. The coupon information providing unit provides the created coupon information to a user terminal.
