Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An apparatus for converting and controlling data is provided to transmit and receive data by converting data between a binary code multiplex connection unit(BCDMA)-based wireless communication network and an Ethernet communication network by using a data converting unit. CONSTITUTION: A BCDMA unit(100) establishes intelligent home automation, remote meters, various electronic devices, and wireless networks in buildings. An Ethernet unit(200) establishes Ethernet networks. A data converting unit(300) implements a protocol converting operation with respect to signals from the BCDMA unit one protocol and signals from the Ethernet unit with another protocol in order to transmit and receive data.
