Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A novel microorganism, Candida glabrata, with effect of reducing odor from livestock excrement is provided to enhance livestock weight. CONSTITUTION: A novel microorganism, Candida glabrata(KACC9311P), has effect of reducing odor from livestock excrement and enhancing livestock weight. A probiotic for livestock feed contains Candida glabrata. A method for producing the probiotic comprises: a step of culturing Candida glabrata in a medium to prepare novel microorganism culture liquid; a step of adding 10-20 wt% of anhydrous glucose to the culture liquid; a step of drying and puliverizing to prepare novel microorganism solid agent; a step of adding the solid agent to a medium and drying at 35-40 °C for 40-48 hours. The medium contains anhydrous glucose, yeast, and sodium chloride.
