Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A withdrawal management method for financial cards and apparatus thereof are provided to minimize losses and damages in financial by enabling a user to use registered financial cards. CONSTITUTION: An automatic teller machine(100) extracts card information of a financial card. The automatic teller machine creates withdrawal request information and transmits the withdrawal request information to a withdrawal management server(200). The withdrawal management server receives the withdrawal request information. The withdrawal management server transmits withdraw approval information for the withdrawal request information to the automatic teller machine when a location where a user is located is matched with the location registered by the user.
