Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing foreign for oil in hydraulic tank of heavy construction equipment is provided to eliminate easily foreign material in a pressure-oil tank without the use of a fixed type high efficiency filter. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for removing foreign for oil in hydraulic tank of heavy construction equipment includes an suction(10), a strainer(20), a filter(30), a hydraulic pump(40), a drive motor(50), a second delivery hose(64) and a worktable(70). The suction is partly inserted within the pressure-oil tank. The strainer is connected to the suction and the suction hose(61). The strainer eliminates firstly foreign material of working fluid within the pressure-oil tank. The filter is connected to the strainer and the coupling hose to eliminate foreign material secondly. The hydraulic pump is connected to the filter and a first delivery hose(63). The drive motor drives the hydraulic pump. The second delivery hose supplies working fluid from which foreign material is removed through the hydraulic pump. The worktable, strainer includes the filter, and the drive motor.
