INTEGRATED APPARATUS FOR SENSING CURRENT

PURPOSE: An integrated current measuring apparatus is provided to lower the manufacture unit cost of products by measuring current without loss of a magnetic field according to distance. CONSTITUTION: An integrated current measuring apparatus(100) comprises a voltage regulator(110), a hole effect device(120), a hole coil(130), and an amplifier(141). The hole effect device provides current by the voltage regulator and outputs hole voltage in proportion to the intensity of a magnetic field. One end of the coil connects to a first connection terminal, and the other end is connected to a second connection terminal. The coil is reeled along the direction of the magnetic field in with a plurality of turns and forms a magnetic field along current flowing through the first connecting terminal and the second connection terminal.
