The cooling water spray unit sprays cooling water to the slab transferred through the cooling stand. The cooling stand is arranged inside the cooling stand chamber. The cooling fluid spray unit sprays cooling fluid into the cooling stand chamber in order to control the internal temperature of the cooling stand chamber.
