CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling and preventing insects is as follows. Harmful insects inhibiting in wood tissue are prevented. A tree(100) is ventilated with external air while preventing harmful insects from entering wood tissue. A pest control tape is rolled on the tree from the top to the bottom, has the diameter of 1mm, and is made of a transparent material.
