The uneven portions are formed in rectangular upside to a width direction at a constant interval. The first and second joining unit are extended from the both ends in a width direction. The step body comprises a upper plate(310), a side plate(320), and an uneven portion(330). A receiving portion(290) is joined to the footing board. The side plate is bent on the upper plate. The uneven portion of the step body is formed in the same shape with the uneven portion of the footing board.
