Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A channel changing system of reliable communications and a method thereof are provided to enable rapid change of communication channels without loss of data in the process of changing a communication method. CONSTITUTION: A channel changing system of reliable communications comprises a transmission peer(10), a relaying server(20), and a reception peer(30). The transmission peer partitions data for transmission and transmits partitioned data to a terminal(reception peer). The transmission peer transmits the data frame on the incomplete frame list to the reception peer. The transmission peer deletes the response frame in the incomplete frame list and renews the incomplete frame list. The relaying server transfers data frame transmitted from the transmission peer to the reception peer.
