Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A device for preventing slag from a ladle from becoming discharged is provided to prevent slag from becoming discharged from the surface of ingot steel and prevent an accident due to insertion of slag to a mold through a turn dish, since torque of rotating vortex depending on deflection is cancelled. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing slag from a ladle from becoming discharged comprises a ladle(10) and a slag-discharge preventing unit(20). The slag-discharge preventing unit prevents slag from ingot steel in the ladle from becoming discharged to a turn dish due to vortex. The slag-discharge preventing unit passes through a plurality of ingot steel holes(22), in which torque by each rotating vortex is cancelled each other.
