Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A regulator is provided to reduce the pressure of a high pressure fuel to the desired exit pressure through two-stage decompression. CONSTITUTION: A regulator comprises a first decompression unit(100) and a second decompression unit(200). The first decompression unit comprises a first housing(110) which is formed with a first orifice, a first valve shaft which is coupled to the first orifice, a first diaphragm which is coupled with one end of the first valve shaft, a first cover which is fastened to the first housing, a first spring which is connected between the first diaphragm and the first cover, and a first plate which increases the temperature of cooled fuel using hot water and transfers the fuel to the first diaphragm. The second decompression unit comprises a second housing(210) which is formed with a second orifice, a second valve shaft which is coupled to the second orifice, a second diaphragm which is coupled with one end of the second valve shaft, a second cover which is fastened to the second housing, a second spring which is connected between the second diaphragm and the second cover, and a second plate which increases the temperature of cooled fuel using hot water and transfers the fuel to the second diaphragm.
