SCANNER, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS, AND IMAGE COMPENSATING METHOD OF SCANNER

PURPOSE: A scanner, an image forming device and an image correcting method of the scanner are provided to prevent manuscript from being disturbed to be transferred by stuck in an opening/closing unit. CONSTITUTION: A transferring unit enables a preset image reading position by transferring a document. An image reading unit(400) outputs a scan image by orderly line scanning the document which passes through the image reading position. An actuator respectively includes a first end unit(813) and a second end unit(815). The first end unit is operated by being interfered in the document which is transferred. The second end unit is moved by interlinked to the first end unit by arranged on a line which is scanned by an image reading unit. The actuator is installed to be mutually separated to a horizontal direction about a transferring direction of a previous document. An image process unit reads a skew detection image.
