Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A roller for a belt conveyor is provided to facilitate the rapid replacement of a bearing without the discard of the entire roller in case of damage to the bearing and to prevent damage to a roller shaft even despite damage to the bearing. CONSTITUTION: A roller for a belt conveyor comprises a roller shaft, a non-rotator section, and a rotator section. A bearing seat surface, a bearing stopper, a shaft-screw thread are formed on both ends of the roller shaft. The non-rotator section makes a wedge inner wheel(42) and a wedge outer wheel(43) be damaged before damage to the roller shaft when damage to a roller bearing(30) progresses. The rotator section enables rapid coupling between both ends of a roller pipe and an end plate through a pipe coupler.
