Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An arm assembly for opening and closing a window is provided to smoothly open and close a window by controlling the opening degree of the window depending on the power of a user. CONSTITUTION: An arm assembly for opening and closing a window is composed as follows. A driving arm(15) connects a first fixed arm(1) and a first link arm(3). The driving arm is rotated with the first link arm. One end of the driving arm is connected to the first link arm by inserting a plastic washer using hinge rivets(6a,6b,6c). The other end of the driving arm can be vertically moved along the first fixed arm. The frictional force of the first fixed arm is controlled by a driving controller.
