Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An agglutination apparatus attached with a scum removal device is provided to reduce the scum removal time by removing scum floating on the surface of water inside the agglutination apparatus after rotate-stirring the water. CONSTITUTION: An Agglutination apparatus comprises the following: a main body(1) with an internal space for storing processing water; a rotary shaft(11) rotating in the inside of the main body, by being installed in the longitudinal direction; a rotation driver(13) driving the rotary shaft; a stirring unit(10) with an impeller(15) for stirring the processing water; a floating body(25) moving up and down by the height of the surface of the processing water; and a scum removal device(20) including multiple main blades(21).
