description PURPOSE: A method for evaluating web-based construction knowledge through hierarchical evaluation by expert index is provided to supply evaluation by a user having high quality in a category of relevant construction knowledge, thereby accurately and reasonably evaluating construction knowledge. CONSTITUTION: Expert index numbers about category of construction knowledge is given to users(S11). The construction knowledge is transmitted to a user having high expert index number(S12). A knowledge number is generated. The expert index number about the category of corresponding construction knowledge is given to a user who participated in evaluation(S13). The construction knowledge which the expert index is generated is registered. If the expert number exceeds the predetermined score, the expert index number is given to a user inputting the construction knowledge(S14).
