CONSTITUTION: If a parallel download is finished, a completion of receiving all blocks which comprises a file is checked(S300). If blocks which did not received a download exists, a block which nodes among the blocks which did not received the download possess the most is downloaded in other node(S302). A block which nodes among the blocks which did not received a download is downloaded in a P2P server(S304).
