Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A lower arm for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify manufacturing process and to reduce manufacturing costs by manufacturing using one steel sheet. CONSTITUTION: A lower arm for a vehicle comprises: a lower arm body(10) which includes a first arm(11) mounted on a vehicle wheel and a second and third arms(12,13) fixed on the side member of the vehicle body; a stepped reinforcing part(20) which is integrally formed to the both sides edges of the lower arm body with being stepped with the lower arm body; and a protruded reinforcing part(30) which is arranged on a first arm and is integrally projected with the lower arm body by passing through the stepped reinforcing part. The stepped reinforcing part is formed in the connection part of the first arm at the center of the lower arm body.
