Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A system and a method for monitoring an image are provided to dramatically reduce the vibration which is transferred to a camera by generating a reversed-vibration with respect to the vibration. CONSTITUTION: A field apparatus is installed in the vulnerability region of a generating station. The field apparatus collects the image of the defined monitoring region. A net-work(200) connects the field apparatus and a management apparatus(300) and maintains the transmitting-receiving state. The management apparatus stores the image from the monitoring region and verifies the emergency circumstances based on the image.
