Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A solar power device is provided to easily control the angle of inclination of a solar panel by installing a rotary shaft at the lower part of a frame. CONSTITUTION: A pair of pillars(11) are putted on the floor. A frame(12) is combined in the top end portion of pillar. A solar panel(13) is installed on the upper side of frame. A rotary shaft(14) is combined in the pillar of the bottom side of a frame. A rotary shaft driving unit(15) is combined with one side of the rotary shaft. Each both end parts of a plurality of interconnectors(16) are combined with the rotary shaft.
