CONSTITUTION: An advertising device using a safety guide bar is composed as follows: Advertising letters(30) are displayed on the front surface of a post part(10) formed in a safety guide bar(100). A coupling groove is formed on the top of the post part. A coupling projection(51) is protruded from the bottom of an advertising cap(50), and coupled with the coupling groove.
