A power converting part(33) converts 220V AC power into a DC power in order to supply a driving voltage of a sensor(2) and a lamp switch(3). A mode switch(35) sets an automatic mode or a manual mode. An MCU(Micro Controller Unit)(31) controls the lamp by controlling the relay contact according to an operation of an operation switch(34) in the manual mode. The MCU controls the lamp by controlling the relay contact according to the information sensed by the sensor in the automatic mode.
