Through-holes(12,12') are weaved repetitively on the whole part of the cushion pad except for a sewing part. A protruded curved part(21,21') is formed on the surface of the cushion pad. The cushion pad is bent freely through the protruded curved part. An indication hole(14,14') is formed on the top of the wearing band.
