A stopper(180) is fixed to the first bearing in order to prevent the flotation of the rotation axis to one side of the bearing housing. An elastic member is arranged between the second bearing and the other side of the bearing housing. The elastic member supports the rotation axis to one side of the bearing housing elastically.
