Zusammenfassung:	A manufacturing method of anti-static polyester film is provided to improve the resistance to solvents and paint film ability using proper cross-linking agent and improve the antifouling property by adding fluorine resin. A manufacturing method of anti-static polyester film comprises a step of single-axially stretching polyester substrate film; a step of manufacturing antistatic coating liquid including conductive polymer resin, acrylic resin, cross-linking agent and fluorine resin; a step of forming antistatic layer and a step of bi-axially stretching polyester base film in which the antistatic layer is formed. The antistatic coating liquid consists of acrylic resin of 200~1000 part by weight relative to conductive polymer resin of 100 part by weight, cross-linking agent of 200~1000 part by weight, and fluorine resin of 30~300 part by weight.
