Zusammenfassung:An apigenin derivative compound and a manufacturing method of the compound are provided to develop apigenin derivative compound increasing anticancer. An apigenin derivative compound is indicated as a chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, Bn is benzyl and Me is methyl. A manufacturing method of the compound comprises steps of: manufacturing 7-O-(3-benzyloxypropyl)naringenin by reacting 1-iodide-3-benzyloxypropane and naringenin; obtaining 5,4-O-dimethyl naringenin derivative by reacting the 7-O-(3-benzyloxypropyl)naringenin with dimethyl sulfate; and manufacturing 7-O-(3-benzyloxypropyl)-5,4-O-dimethyl apigenins by oxidizing 5,4-O-dimethyl naringenin derivative compound.
