Zusammenfassung:	A portable non-directional hydrogen generator is provided to realize the stable supply of hydrogen and to conveniently charge the fuel solution by separating a fuel tank. In an apparatus generating the hydrogen by contacting the fuel solution with a catalyst coated on a supporter to supply the hydrogen selectively to the product using the hydrogen as the fuel, a portable non-directional hydrogen generator comprises an action tube(100) mounted at one side of the fuel battery(F); a supporter(110) which is guided in the inner side of the reaction supporter with the mobile tool installed at one end of the reaction tube; a fuel tank(200) which is accommodated in a state where the other end part of the reaction tube is dipped in the fuel solution and is combined and separated with/from a container tub(210) and container cover(220) by a clamping device; and a hydrogen collecting device part which is installed by connecting a fuel battery and the inside of a fuel tank and supplies the hydrogen generated in the fuel tank to the fuel battery.
