Zusammenfassung:A surface light source lens type led package and manufacturing method thereof is provided to radiate wide area and narrow area simultaneously by controlling the light distribution of the LED light source in arbitrary. In a surface light source lens type led package, at least one LED chip(120) is mounted on the top of the lead frame. The lead frame and LED chip are electrically connected with the bonding wire(130). The lens reflecting body(140) has the LED chip and bonding wire built in it and is formed on the lead frame while having the constant thickness. At this time, the lens reflecting body is form convex lens shape by using by using the mold or the injection mold in which the molding groove of the lens shape.
