Zusammenfassung:	A heat exchanger is provided to improve heat exchange performance by controlling a flow rate of a heat mediun introduced into a plurality of tubes selectively for smooth flow. A first header tank is formed with upper baffles(11) and lower baffles(12) inside, wherein the lower baffles are positioned below the upper baffles. The upper and lower baffles are formed in the nozzle shape with a sectional area, which becomes reduced in the flowing direction of a heat exchange medium.
