The ignition switch apparatus for starting and stopping the engine of the industrial machine comprises the key hole in which the normal ignition key can be putted through, the starting and the switch unit(2) which can stop the engine of the industrial machine by rotating the ignition key, the case(3) having the insertion penetration hole and covering the switch unit, the main part guideline shape guiding the ignition key leading end in the key hole(5) and being formed by the groove formed in the case surface.
