A system for disposing food waste of an apartment house comprises: a transfer pipe vertically extending from a roof of a building to a basement of the building in a state that injections ports are formed on the transfer pipe at respective floors; and a treatment part(300) including a housing shaped treatment part body(310) having a waste outlet(370) formed on a lower part of one side thereof, and a control part formed on an outer portion thereof, a fixing plate(320) horizontally fixed to an inner part of the treatment part body, a drum(350) of which an opened top part is fixed to a bottom part of the fixing plate, which has the transfer pipe connected to a side part thereof, a discharge door which is formed in an inner lower side thereof, in which a plurality of first sewage discharge holes(352) are formed, and which is opened or closed by an opening-and-closing unit(360), a predetermined space part formed between the discharge door and a bottom part of the drum to discharge sewage to the outside by a sewage discharge valve(355), and an electric heater(353) adhered to an outer side of the drum, a drive shaft(340) which is connected to a bottom part of a drive motor(330) and installed on a top part of the fixing plate, which extends into the drum, and which has a plurality of rotary blades(341,342) vertically formed on a lower part thereof, and pressurizing cylinders which are vertically installed at both sides in an inner upper part of the treatment part body, of which rod ends are clamped to a pressurizing plate to lift and lower the pressurizing plate in the drum. |
