A manufacturing method of a form panel using metal powder composed of nano particles comprises the steps of: activating all joint areas among a metal board, many metallic side wall members and metallic reinforcement members coupled to the rear of the board; applying a bonding agent with ultrafine activated metal powder to each joint area of the board, the side wall member and the reinforcement member; bonding and fixing the side wall members and the reinforcement members to the rear of the board temporarily in the shape of a form panel; and heating the temporarily joined form panel at 100~250°C and guiding the sintering of metal powder, and then cooling. |
