Zusammenfassung:	A device and a method for controlling an indoor pressure device for a bus are provided to simplify a structure of the bus without an opening, to reduce the size of an air conditioner, and to prevent inflow of impurities through the opening by switching an outdoor air mode into an indoor air mode forcibly, using an indoor and outdoor air adjusting damper and holding the state for about 10 seconds. A device for controlling an indoor pressure device for a bus comprises a signal sensor(10), a controller(20), and a timer(40). The signal sensor senses a signal when a gate is closed and transports the sensed signal to the controller. The controller transfers a driving signal to a driving motor part(30) to drive an opening and closing door(55) of an indoor and outdoor air adjusting damper. The timer keeps an operated state of an indoor air mode for a time during the indoor mode operation. The indoor air mode operates for 8 to 12 seconds.
