METHOD FOR PREPARING RAPIDLY DISINTEGRATING FORMULATION FOR ORAL ADMINISTRATION AND MEDICINE PACKING MACHINE FOR THE SAME

A method for preparing a rapidly disintegrating formulation for oral administration is provided to improve preparation convenience and economical efficiency of formulation, and increase dosage compliance of patients, and inhibit lowering or changing of physical properties of formulation. A method for preparing a rapidly disintegrating formulation for oral administration comprises the steps of: (a) filling pharmaceutically active ingredients and mixed powder containing sugar or sugar alcohol into a packing material; and (b) heating the filed product obtained from the step (a) at 20-1,000 °C for 1-60 seconds. A medicine packing machine(100) for preparing a rapidly disintegrating formulation for oral administration contains a shaping film supply part(110), a film-shaping part(120) for shaping the film to produce the lower part pocket film, a formulation filing part(130) for filing a mixed powder or its tablet into the pocket of the lower part pocket film, a heating device part(160) for heating the filed product in the lower part pocket film, a sealing part(170) for attaching the upper part cover film to the lower part pocket film, a cutting part(180) for cutting the attached lower part pocket film and upper part cover film, and a controller(190). Further, the heating reaction is performed by radiant heat.
