A method for planning helical gear of a gear pump for oil supply used in a ship engine comprises a step of repeatedly forming plural gear teeth having curvature surfaces at two sides of a rotation shaft in the helical gear, and semicircular type gear teeth grooves connected to the terminal end of the gear teeth with a normal pressure angle of 20°, a root diameter(21) of 27.56mm, a pitch circle(22) of 35.2mm, an outside diameter(23) of 41.8mm, the tooth thickness(24) of 5.05mm, an addendum(25) of 6.6mm, a top land(26) of 1.97mm, a dedendum(27) of 7.7mm, a tooth space(28) of 4.1mm, and a tooth fillet(29) of R2.05. A pair of helical gear is placed between a connection rotating device and a pump, and is pumped by the rotation generated from the connection rotating device while transferring the rotation to the pump.
