description A portable electronic device having a USB(Universal Serial Bus) connector is provided to enable a user to fold the USB connector into a main unit of the portable electronic device and fix the USB connector elastically to the main unit when the user carries or moves the portable electronic device. A main unit(1) includes a PCB(Printed Circuit Board), upper and lower cases(3,4) surrounding the PCB, and a receiving part(5) installed to one side of the upper/lower cases. A USB connector is rotated to the receiving part of the main unit via a rotating unit and is elastically fixed to the receiving part of the main unit via a multi-position setting unit. The receiving part comprises an opening part(5a) placed to an outer side of the main unit and opened to an upper direction, and a concaved part(5b) facing the opening part and formed in the main unit. The rotating unit is rotatively installed in the receiving part and is fixed to the rear end of the USB connector via the fixing unit. The rotating unit includes a base member having a cut front wall, a shaft pin formed to the wall of both front ends of the base, two pin bushes rotatively supporting the pin shaft, and two columns attaching the pin bushes.
