ARMATURE OF CANNED LINEAR MOTOR AND CANNED LINEAR MOTOR

An armature of a canned linear motor of water-cooled specification having its reliability of insulation enhanced and assembling workability improved. A canned linear motor is also provided. The armature of a canned linear motor comprises a recessed frame (112) for containing an armature winding (105), a planar connection board (111) for connecting the armature winding (105), a can (102) for enclosing the opposite openings of a casing (101), a refrigerant passage (110) respectively formed between the can (102) and the frame (112) for containing the winding and between the can (102) and the connection board (111), and a lead wire (120) for connecting the connection board (111) with a terminal block (106). The periphery of a land (121) becoming the joint of connecting the armature winding (105) with the lead wire (120) on the connection board (111), is coated with adhesive resin (131) so as to include the joint, and the periphery of the adhesive resin (131) is filled with filling resin (132).
