Zusammenfassung:	A structure for preventing rotation of a bolt head by the shape of a rail and a method thereof are provided to easily connect a bolt to a rail by using a side profile of the rail without deforming the rail. A rail connection device includes a bolt(39) which is composed of a head(41) having a predetermined shape and a body(43) integrated into the head as one body to fix a rail(30), and a nut(45) which is coupled with the bolt body. The bolt head has a rectangular shape corresponding to the web shape of the rail.
