Zusammenfassung:	An apparatus for spraying an adhesive agent and a method for manufacturing a heat shrinkable tube using the apparatus are provided to spray the adhesive agent regardless of time after the heat shrinkable tube is expanded. An apparatus(50) for spraying an adhesive agent includes an adhesive agent supplying agent(51), a tube shape maintaining unit(52), a tube rotation member(53), a tube transferring member(57), and an adhesive agent spraying member(60). The adhesive agent supplying agent supplies a molten adhesive agent. The tube shape maintaining unit rotates by power supplied from an exterior to maintain the shape of a tube material. The tube rotation member provides rotation power to the tube shape maintaining unit to rotate the tube shape maintaining unit. The tube transferring member allows the tube shape maintaining unit to perform straight motion. The adhesive agent spraying member receives an adhesive agent from the adhesive supplying agent to spray the inner wall of the tube material.
